Why concierge physical therapy?
The majority of my career has been spent in the home health setting, the flexibility of which has always been invaluable. What better place to restore function and relieve pain than the place where you spend most of your time? In my experience, this only enhances your recovery and carryover of the education and treatments into daily life. Moreover, if you are pregnant and/or postpartum and/or responsible for young babies/children, (not to mention simply juggling all the other commitments modern life entails) it can be challenging to get out of the house for these appointments, no matter how important they are or how much you know you need it. Finally, especially for those with pelvic floor conditions and needs, I believe a safe space is foundational to receiving the most from your care, and I suspect that many of us feel most secure in our own home.
Do I need a prescription?
No; effective July 1, 2024, Mississippi citizens may seek the care of a physical therapist without a physician referral.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, I am considered an Out-of-Network provider, meaning I am not contracted with any insurance companies, including Medicare. I can, however, provide you with what’s called a “Superbill,” after each of our visits, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. *If you are a Medicare beneficiary, and you are interested in working with me, please reach out to me for further discussion.
How far will you travel to see me?
Currently, I will travel anywhere within city limits of Ocean Springs, Biloxi, Gulfport, D’Iberville, St Martin, Gautier, Vancleave, Pascagoula, or Moss Point. Further locations may be considered with an additional travel fee depending on distance, time, and mileage.
What are your hours?
My scheduling can be quite flexible, and I perform each visit via appointment-only, which will be confirmed with each client individually ahead of time. Therefore, I do not have a set of specified days and/or hours. That means that I may have availability before or after standard routine business hours, including weekends. However, an additional fee may apply for visits performed after business hours or on weekends.
